These terms and conditions govern the provision of gardening services by our company. They set out the rights and obligations of both the service provider and the customer.

2. Services Provided

We offer a comprehensive range of gardening services, including but not limited to:

Garden Design: Creating aesthetically pleasing and functional outdoor spaces.
Lawn Care: Mowing, fertilizing, and maintaining lawns.
Planting and Maintenance: Planting flowers, shrubs, and trees, as well as their ongoing care.
Hard Landscaping: Installation of paths, patios, and other hardscape features.
Waste Removal: Clearing garden waste and debris.

3. Booking and Payment Terms

To secure our services, customers must:

Provide accurate and complete information during the booking process.
Confirm the booking by making the necessary payment as outlined in our pricing structure.

Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods including bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and online payment platforms.

All payments must be made in GBP and are due upon receipt of the invoice unless otherwise agreed upon.

4. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 24 to 48 hours before the service will incur a 50% fee.
No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service.

Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

5. Liability

While we take all necessary precautions, we cannot be held liable for any unforeseen damages or losses that may occur during the provision of our services. This includes, but is not limited to:

Damage to existing plants or structures not agreed upon.
Personal injury incidents.
Unforeseen weather conditions affecting the gardening work.

Customers are advised to inform us of any existing vulnerabilities in their garden areas prior to commencing work.

6. Customer Obligations

To ensure smooth service delivery, customers must:

Provide access to the garden area at the agreed-upon times.
Ensure that all garden equipment and utilities (e.g., water supply, electricity) are readily accessible.
Communicate any specific requirements or preferences regarding the gardening services.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any significant changes, and the updated terms will take effect immediately upon posting.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London.

9. Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information collected during the booking and service provision process will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your data.

10. Force Majeure

We will not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations where such failure is as a result of Acts of God, war, riot, industrial disputes, or any other cause beyond our reasonable control.

11. Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions, along with any other documents expressly referred to herein, constitute the entire agreement between the customer and our gardening services, superseding all prior agreements or understandings.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable.
